Proud Moments ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral health services in a center-based setting for children aged 2–15. The BT works with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families on plan delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or disabilities preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge required.
• Reliable transportation to work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families.
• Be responsive to client and family needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with safety and handling during sessions.
