Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one support for children in a center-based setting. You will implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision and collect progress data to monitor treatment effectiveness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with training provided. You will collaborate with families and the treatment team, maintaining clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges/developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
