Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in New Jersey is seeking compassionate BSTs to implement ABA-based interventions under a BCBA supervision. You will support children across home, school, and community settings, helping them build essential life skills and track progress with reliable data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and collect data accurately.
• Strong communication with families and team members required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA techniques.
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment to promote engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and development.
