Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in Dover, NJ is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work with a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans across home, school, and community settings, helping clients learn key life skills.

Responsibilities

Implement BIPs designed by the BCBA.
Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods.
Record and document client behavior and progress.

Create a positive learning environment and promote engagement.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency.
Maintain communication with families and team members.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices.
