Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you can contribute meaningfully from day one. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend and assist children safely.
• Patient, reliable, and a good team member.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA with data collection and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor for safety while supporting individual goals.
