You will work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder to build social and communication skills, following plans set by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow in behavioral-health skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development; or at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in home-based or community-based settings.
• Help individuals build social and communication skills.
• Support families by addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Follow behavior-change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Collect and document progress, milestones, and session information.
• Create encouraging, structured interactions during sessions.
