Job summary

Autism FIRST is seeking an in-home, part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Martinsville, VA. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings under BCBA guidance, helping children and families move forward with individualized plans.

You’ll participate in onboarding training and on-going professional development, with a schedule Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm and occasional weekends, supporting local families with high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be available for two weeks of onboarding training.
• Onboarding includes virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm.
• In-person shadowing from 1pm to 4pm or 4pm to 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Track progress through accurate data.

In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.

Pay: $22 - $29 / hour

Schedule Availability Requirement: Part-Time, Monday - Friday between 4pm - 7pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed

Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:
