Autism FIRST is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Altavista, VA. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and in-home visits, following individualized plans under BCBA guidance and recording progress.

In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.

Pay: $22 - $29 / hour

Schedule Availability Requirement: Monday - Friday, between 8:45am - 4:15pm OR 12:45pm - 7:15pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed

Work Setting: This position may provide services in both clinic and in-home settings based on client and scheduling needs. Team members must be comfortable working in either setting as assigned.

Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:

• Virtual sessions from9am to 1pm
• In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm
