Job summary

Autism FIRST is seeking an in-home, part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Manassas, VA. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and community settings, guided by individualized treatment plans and BCBA oversight.

The role offers hourly pay of $22–$29, a part-time schedule Monday–Friday 4pm–7pm with occasional weekends, and two weeks of onboarding training including virtual sessions and in-person shadowing.

• 1:1 ABA therapy delivery in-home and in community settings.
• Data collection and progress tracking under BCBA guidance.

• Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
• In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm
