Job summary

Autism FIRST in Bealeton, VA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families with in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy in home and community settings, following individualized plans and tracking progress. Onboarding includes paid training, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Collect accurate progress data for each client.

In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.

Pay: $22 - $29 / hour

Schedule Availability Requirement

Part-Time, Monday - Friday between 4pm - 7pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed

Required Training Availability

All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:

• Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
• In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm
