Job summary

Autism FIRST in Christiansburg, VA is seeking an in-home, part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families with 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance. You'll deliver sessions in-home and in community settings, track progress with accurate data, and participate in a two-week onboarding training including virtual and in-person shadowing.

In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.

Pay:$22 - $29 / hour

Schedule Availability Requirement

Part-Time, Monday - Friday between 4pm - 7pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed

Required Training Availability

All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:

• Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
• In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm
