Job summary

Autism FIRST in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting. You will follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and collect progress data to support ongoing care.

The role offers an evening/weekend-friendly schedule, paid onboarding training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be available for two weeks of onboarding training (virtual 9am–1pm, in-person shadowing 1pm–4pm or 4pm–7pm).
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance and maintain accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy per individualized plans.
• Track progress with data and share updates with BCBA.
• Support families and collaborate with clinic team.

Pay: $22 - $29 / hour

Schedule Availability Requirement: Part-Time, Monday - Friday, between 3:45pm - 7:15pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed

Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:

• Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
• In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm
