Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Danville, VA. Earn $18–$24/hour with flexible schedules; no ABA experience is required as paid training is provided.

Work one-on-one with children in-home and in-school settings under BCBA supervision, building communication and daily living skills. Role involves collecting progress data, collaborating with families, and traveling locally to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What we expect from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required
• RBT Certification preferred.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
