Job summary

Autism FIRST in Bealeton, VA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families with in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy in home and community settings, following individualized plans and tracking progress. Onboarding includes paid training, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Collect accurate progress data for each client.
• Support families with behavior strategies and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to adjust plans as needed.
