Job summary

Florida Autism Center, part of the BlueSprig family, seeks compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in center or home settings. We offer paid training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Position is full-time with on-site work, day shifts, and potential weekend hours based on client needs. Training and progression paths are part of the program to advance through the RBT levels.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training.
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $19.50–$21.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired
