Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate, motivated individuals to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. Training is provided, with no prior ABA experience required, and a clear path for professional growth.

Roles include one-on-one or small group sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and the care team. On-site BCBA support and comprehensive benefits are provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $24.00–$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 13.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experience required

• A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.

• Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

• Schedule:

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
