Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social and self-help skills, often one-on-one or in small groups, and record client progress data.

You'll work with families and supervisors, attend trainings, and follow all policies. On-site support from a BCBA and comprehensive training ensures growth and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physical stamina for frequent position changes.
• Background check and onboarding completion before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients and record progress data.
• Provide progress updates and collaborate with families and team members.
• Attend trainings and maintain confidentiality and reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
