Job summary

BlueSprig Florida Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy for children with autism. We provide comprehensive paid training with no experience required and offer a clear development path within a supportive, collaborative team.

Positions are full-time with scheduling Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and optional Saturdays. Employees receive health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, bending, and getting on/off the floor.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center- and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality requirements.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired
