BlueSprig is seeking motivated individuals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism, in center-based or home-based settings. Training is provided, with ongoing mentorship to support professional growth from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:
• $20.00-$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 20.00for each billable client hour worked
• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$700-bonus after 90 days of employment.

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
