Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. You’ll join a supportive team with on-site BCBA guidance, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for professional growth.

No direct ABA experience is required—as training is provided. Part-time positions with scheduling Monday–Friday daytime hours are available, with potential Saturdays based on client needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

Position Details

• Monday–Friday between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (20-25 hours weekly)

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
