Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and their families. You will work under supervision to implement daily skills coaching, behavior strategies, and data collection in collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, or youth services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail; follows through on tasks.
• Openness to training and learning new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities and routines for children under supervision.
• Assist with implementing behavior plans and data collection.
• Document progress and communicate with families and the ABA team.
