United Care ABA in New York’s Hudson Valley area seeks passionate Youth Aides to join as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This mission-driven team supports children with autism and their families, providing direct care, data collection, and consistent routines.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children in schools, programs, or youth services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow schedules.
• Willingness to complete training and certification process.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral support to children and families in various settings.
• Collect and document data to monitor progress and guide interventions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team for planning and review.
• Follow onboarding, privacy, and safety protocols consistently.
