Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking an Early Childhood Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for Eaton Rapids, Michigan. This part-time, in-person role pays $20-$23 per hour and supports families in homes and community settings across Eaton Rapids, Charlotte, and Bellevue.

You’ll provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress with families and BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to complete 40‑hour RBT training before start date.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children.

Job Type: Part-Time (approx 20-25 hours/week)

Location: In-Person - Eaton Rapids | Charlotte | Bellevue

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule Options (any Or All)

• Mon/Weds: 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Mon/Weds/Fri: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
• Tues/Thurs: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Who We Are

We’re a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play‑based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill‑building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We’re growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play‑based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40‑hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
