Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking an Early Childhood Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for in-person work in Eaton Rapids, Michigan, with opportunities in Charlotte and Bellevue. The role is part‑time (20–25 hours/week) and pays $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.

You will provide 1:1, play‑based ABA support in homes and community settings, following BCBA‑designed plans while collecting progress data and building strong family relationships.

Qualifications

• RBT training completed or willingness to complete before start date.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active with kids.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule Options (any Or All)

• Mon/Weds: 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Mon/Weds/Fri: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
• Tues/Thurs: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Who We Are

We’re a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play‑based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill‑building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We’re growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play‑based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40‑hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
