Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help develop and adjust treatment plans.

This in-person role focuses on teaching social, communication, and daily living skills in a supportive environment. Candidates should have strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.

Job description

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
