Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in person. You will implement individualized interventions under a BCBA, collect data, and help develop and adjust behavior plans.

Focus on teaching social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with families. Training is provided if you are new to ABA, with opportunities for professional development and advancement in the field.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
