Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Sturgis, MI is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our in-person clinic. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision, and help implement individualized intervention plans.

You will collect data, reinforce social and daily living skills, and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans. Training is provided, and opportunities for career advancement exist in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress and behavior data.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
