Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention programs and collect progress data to inform treatment decisions.

You'll teach social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with the BCBA to adapt plans as needed. A supportive team environment and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Ability to collect data accurately and follow behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed


• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
