Magnet ABA Therapy in Adrian, MI is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide direct 1-on-1 therapy.

You will collect progress data, contribute to behavior support plans, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills, while collaborating with families.

Training is provided, and the role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
