Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and support behavior plan development through direct one-on-one therapy.

You will teach social, communication and daily living skills, collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans, and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed


• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
