Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician for in-person client sessions in Detroit, MI. You will implement ABA-based interventions under a BCBA’s supervision, collect progress data, and support the development of behavior plans.

Ideal candidates show strong teamwork, adaptability, and compassion while delivering one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental challenges. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.
