Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to support students in the Long Beach, CA area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data under supervision, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Join a collaborative team focused on empowering students toward success.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience.
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 4:00pm.
