Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students in Clovis, NM. This role focuses on delivering targeted supports in a school setting to help students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and therapists. Eligible candidates have NM EA certification, 40-hour training (or 6 months ABA experience), and availability Monday–Friday 7:45am–3:30pm.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NM EA certification
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
• 1 year of experience working with students in a public school setting required
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:45am - 3:30pm
