Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Behavior Technician in Union City, CA. This full-time position focuses on delivering behavioral support to students in classroom settings, under supervision.

You will work with teams to implement behavior plans, reinforce positive skills, and contribute to students’ overall success inside and outside the classroom. A strong commitment to student growth is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 40-hour behavioral training course OR 6 months ABA experience required.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with behavioral goals and learning tasks under supervision.
• Support classroom behavior management and student engagement during activities.
• Help students develop communication, social, and academic skills.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
• School-based experience preferred
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:45am - 2:15pm
