Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support students with behavioral needs. You will implement evidence-based strategies, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes in school and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of 40-hour behavioral training or 6 months of ABA experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with complex medical/behavioral needs.
• Availability Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
• 1 year of experience supporting individuals (students or adults) with complex medical and/or behavioral needs required
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 4:00pm
