The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Behavior Technician in Florence, SC to help students reach their full potential through behavior supports and classroom strategies.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, providing compassionate, student-centered care, training, and resources to help learners succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 40-hour behavioral training course or 6 months of ABA experience.
• Safety Care training; district can provide Training if not certified.
• 1 year of school experience.
• Experience with de-escalation.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
• Trained in Safety Care; the district can provide Safety Care Training if not already certified
• 1 year of school experience
• Experience with de-escalation
