The Stepping Stones Group is hiring an Advanced Behavior Technician for the Montebello, CA area. This full-time role focuses on implementing ABA strategies to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth in a school setting.

Ideal candidates will have RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), ABA experience, and strong communication skills. Expect Monday–Friday availability with 7:00 AM–4:00 PM start windows and reliable transportation within the Montebello USD region.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs).
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases as needed within Montebello USD, which includes Montebello, Monterey Park, Commerce, East Los Angeles, Pico Rivera and Bell Gardens
