The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Pomona, CA is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician (RBT preferred) to join our full-time team. You will support students with ABA-based interventions across Pomona and nearby cities, ensuring reliable attendance and smooth case logistics.

Ideal candidates have ABA experience, strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, and are able to coordinate travel between cases, with transportation required.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior ABA experience required
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be readily available via phone between 7AM-9AM daily to receive assignments and confirm attendance
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases as needed within Pomona and Diamond Bar with occasional caseloads in La Verne and surrounding cities
