Alongside in Chino, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, plus paid training and growth opportunities.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay:$20 - $26 / hour

Training Schedule:

• Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability: Monday - Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week.
• You may choose one of the following training schedules:
  • 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
