Job summary

Alongside ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in an in-school setting in Long Beach, CA. You’ll work under a BCBA, follow individualized treatment plans, and collect data on progress.

This year‑round, ongoing role starts part time with the opportunity to move to full-time hours starting August 24th. Shifts are 7am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Collect data to measure progress and guide interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children in an in-school setting.
• Follow treatment plans and data collection protocols.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay: $22 - $27 / hour

Work Environment: in-school setting with shifts from 7am - 4pm

Please note: This is a year-round, ongoing position. We are not hiring for seasonal or summer-only roles. This position will start part time with the opportunity to move to full time hours starting August 24th.
