Job summary

ASAT provides engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community, under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with data tracking.

We seek dedicated Behavior Technicians with a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally. Flexible part-time to full-time schedules, paid training, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20 - $29/hour
• Part-Time: Monday through Friday 3:30 to 7:30 PM and weekends (flexible)
• Location: Bridgeport, CT
