Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or certified RBT to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide engaging 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, communities, or centers under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data on progress, collaborate with families, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to the BACB code of ethics while pursuing ongoing professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $12 - $25/hour
• Full- or Part-Time Positions: Monday through Friday and weekends (optional and flexible)
• Location: Salisbury, MD

Behavior Technician (BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
