Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help children with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance in home, school, or clinic settings.

We offer pay ranges of $21–$26 hourly, full-time 40 hours/week with flexible shifts, and benefits including paid training, certification assistance, bonus opportunities for RBT certification, referral bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
