Job summary
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and development differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one, implement BCBA-developed plans, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Option A: college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related field.
- Option B: at least one year of experience in a child-focused role (e.g., Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support
- Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Record session data and client progress
- Create engaging and structured learning environments
