Highland Springs, VA-based Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.

Expect comprehensive training and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid and background check may be required. Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour.

Competenze

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid cert and TB test may be required.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
