Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training course prior to employment.
• RBT certification not required to apply, but training must be completed before start date.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding).
• TB test, MMR & Varicella immunization, and pre-employment physical within past year.
• Background check (FBI & DOJ) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured, play-based activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
