Proficio Therapy Services is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services across clinic, home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. The role supports data collection, implements treatment plans, and helps families while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Strong flexibility, adaptability, and time management.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work with a team.
• Travel to multiple sites with reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment and skill-building plans.
• Apply positive behavior support to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and document client data and session notes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Handle administrative tasks when clients cancel.
