Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collaborate with families and team members to ensure fidelity to treatment protocols. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for RBT certification are included in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality 1:1 direct ABA services to clients in clinic, home, school, and community settings under supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA.
• Collaborates effectively with caregivers, BCBAs, and agency team members.
• Delivers therapy services aligned with competency-based evaluations.
