Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role involves collaboration with families and staff, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical standards. We also offer part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision with adherence to protocols.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA or supervising consultant.
• Collect accurate data and document services via session notes.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and team members.
• Engage in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and crisis intervention.
• Support administrative tasks when clients cancel.
