Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in clinic, home, school, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA. Collaboration with families and team, data collection, and adherence to ethical standards are core.

Part-time roles are also available to join our growing California teams. You'll contribute to evidence-based treatment plans, receive paid training, and have opportunities for advancement and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• Flexible, adaptable schedule and reliable time management.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to travel to multiple work sites and client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 ABA services to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs.
• Collects and documents client data accurately.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs, and team members.
• Supports ongoing training and professional development.
